The home features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a screened-in front porch, off-street parking, and backyard space to lounge, play, grill out. The Family Home

The Family Home has the ideal setup for families, friends and groups and is in the right location especially if you're a golfer. We are near 10 golf courses within 10 miles. One of which is Stoatin Brae. This home is conveniently located in Richland, between both downtown Kalamazoo and Battle Creek and everything these citys have to offer. We are near Gull Lake. Gull Meadow Farm is less than a mile. Enjoy Richland and its small town feel with its various restaurants, parks and places to hike.

Close to Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and Grand Rapids this four-bedroom with 2 full bathrooms home is directly on Gull Lake (not in the bay or channel) with 107'of lake frontage including a 30' sandy beach. Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. September through April are 30 night minimum, and guest are responsible for theConsumers Energy bill. All other utilities included with monthly rental.
