Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. When staying at our unique resort you will not only experience and see many different types of rentals like treehouses, yurts, earth homes, and cabins but you can explore our wildflower fields, play with our goats and chickens, and observe our honeybee hives. While the seasons and nature provide, take home some honey from our hives, eggs from our coops and fresh maple syrup from ours and other local farms.

Enjoy the tranquility of the river from our private dock. Located next to Lake Luzerne, with Saratoga and Lake George within a 20 minute drive, the area is filled with opportunities to explore and site see. Our home has an outdoor gazebo, gas grill and a stone patio fire pit, all facing the river.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Cozy Poultney Village Apartment

I enjoy booking my two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance, which is attached to my 1850 Poultney Village home. I am located a block from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. I am in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.
