Eine tolle ehemalige Ladenfläche beim Schanzenviertel. Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Bahn fast direkt vor der Tür. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe und die City sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns aufwendig restauriert und mit Badezimmer und WC im alten Treppen Kellergang ergänzt. Der obere Teil ist für Kinder von 6-12 Jahren geeignet.
