It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. Wifi & TV provided. Full-sized washer and dryer. ( located in basement… outside entrance) Super spacious tons of amenities!

Each level has a bedroom and full bathroom, in addition the lower level has a sleeper couch and a large screen tv. Our home is in town with off street parking. Enter home using key pad.

Along with excellent outdoor entertainment, complete with a fire pit, porch for sitting and open area for short walks. The property is located 25 minutes from the Omaha metro area as well as less than 10 minutes from the Wabash Trace, a bike trail that travels through Mills County.

Art Church Iowa

Art Church Iowa is a re-purposed/desanctified 153 year old Presbyterian Church. Its last religious service was in 1969. Artist Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to look upstairs during daylight and also night time as the space changes. Disclaimer: Use of the upstairs is not part of the Airbnb rental.

The InnJunKtion is a guest suite within the Union JunKtion, an eclectic vintage/antique/junk store! Have the comforts of a more traditional suite with en suite bathroom, memory foam queen bed, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, water cooler, washer/dryer, etc. PLUS an entire 2,000 square foot historic building (with amazing decor that is ALL available for sale) to browse & shop to your heart’s content!

Malvern Depot

A railroad depot renovated into a bunkhouse located midway on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail. It includes 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. A/C & heat, coffee maker, dorm fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Linens and towels provided. One queen bed, the other twin bunk beds. The Futon in the living area folds out. Conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown. No pets please.

Quail Creek Cabin

Beautiful country side cabin perfect for a country get away, with firepit, pond for fishing, Kayaks, and much more! Privately located just off the main road. Interior features include fireplace, TV, full kitchen, full bathroom, loft, and AC/Heater. Come enjoy a peaceful and cozy retreat!
