Joe’s place was very convenient located. Despite its great location it was very quiet for sleeping. Joe was also very accommodating , letting us check in and out at convenient times. We highly recommend this place.

Lovely place with character, well positioned in the local restaurant scene. We found that the noise from nearby restaurants was no issue, even with lots of guests during warm summer evenings. We had an elderly family member with us......best bedroom for her was the one next to the entrance to avoid the stairs. We had a great time in the Old House!

Just home after a lovely week away for our daughter’s birthday, staying on the farm was great-perfect for our kids who loved all the animals, we were so lucky the lambs had come early!! The pool was perfect and we used it everyday. Claire was very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Would happily return and recommend to anyone wanting a base in the area.

Great host - responsive. The recommendation guide was good to have, and the house was well located for most of our activities.

The apartment was warm & comfortable, but has many windows which can be opened to get the breeze, plus the patio is quiet & nice to sit out on. The off street parking was very convenient. A 2nd toilet is always useful. It's within walking distance from great pubs & restaurants. The main smart Sony TV in the lounge is quite a few years old & therefore doesn't have many apps...Netflix, YouTube & BBC iPlayer were the only ones that are relevant...I tried to add ITVX & some others, but there is no way to do this. Also, you can't properly cast to this TV with a phone or tablet as the TV doesn't support this feature. You simply have the basic Freeview channels for live TV. The hot water pressure is very strong, but as I like a long shower, the hot water didn't quite last as long as I'd hoped & I had to have much shorter showers on the remaining days here. A negative! The house was far bigger than we expected, which is always welcome. Not the cheapest, but fair value for money.

A very delicate place perfect for a short break. It is at walking distance to the beach, and the whole community is really peaceful and quiet. The room has everything that I needed, from hair dryer to umbrella. The snacks in the fridge were surprising. The hot water for showering is really chilling. Also, Samantha the manager was really helpful, warm, and supportive. Overall, this is an experience beyond my expectation. Definitely will recommend it to others who want to travel to Portsmouth

What a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location and is situated in a beautiful well kept house on a lovely street which is very close to the sea front. We knew we wouldn’t be disappointed, the moment we pulled up in our car. From the location, It is really easy to explore Southsea’s excellent restaurants, bars and independent shops by foot. An uber is a welcome, cheap return for tired legs! Check in was clear and easy, with communication from Sam being the friendliest and timely I have experienced in all my years of using Airbnb The Studio is spotlessly clean and really well thought out, everything was provided to make our stay an extremely comfortable one. It’s obvious that a lot of effort has been put into ensuring that guests are made to feel very welcome, we very much appreciated this and are looking forward to returning soon.

Geweldig en ruime accommodatie! Opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst en zelfs verse bloemen op de keukentafel. Gastvrouw verwelkomt ons direct bij aankomst, ook al zijn we wat te vroeg. We krijgen een korte rondleiding. In de accommodatie zijn verschillende brochures te vinden met activiteiten en wandelingen in de buurt. De pub op 15 minuten stappen is ook een aanrader! Wijzelf kozen voor activiteiten die iets verder gelegen waren, maar ook daarvoor is dit huisje een goede uitvalsbasis.
