This beautiful retreat offers an abundance of wildlife for your viewing pleasure. From the porch you have the possibility of seeing deer, otters, muskrats ,ducks, and a wide variety of birds. There is also a large yard for mans best friend to run and play. Spend evenings around the awesome fire pit with scenic views.

Enjoy our remodeled (2021) farm and charm cabin with its rustic farm decor & its cozy and inviting atmosphere. With lots of space, it is private and fully equipped with all you might need for the perfect getaway, vacation, retreat, reunion, or a “just because” weekend! We DO NOT allow PARTIES where ALCOHOL is involved. NO PETS! A binder (on kitchen table) will have a plethora of information regarding your stay, local eateries, attractions. We hope you enjoy our little piece of country paradise!

We also have a firepit for bonfires. Ideal for families to come together to play and reconnect. Our driveway has an adjustable basketball net, pickleball and cornhole and we have a gym area.

Coachman Freedom Express Liberty available to rent. Our RV sleeps 4 and is fully stocked with everything you need except groceries. We are surrounded by mountains and situated directly on Clinch River. Clinch River offers excellent fishing, kayaking and tubing. We also have a small farm on our property with donkeys, goats, chickens, peacocks and ducks. Farm fresh eggs available for our campers. Come throw in a line and make a memory!
