The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. it felt like home, great localisation, quite neighbourhood, could be cleaner

It was a great stay. The location is as prime as it gets. The Airbnb was really comfortable, clean and hygienic. Privacy in both rooms. Great restaurants and massage centres in the same lane. One nimman which is a hub for restaurants, festivals, craft shopping etc. is just a 4 minute walk. Tonnes of 24x7 around the corner. You will head loud music from places around till 1.30 am in the morning. But wouldn’t be loud to disturb your sleep. + they have kept ear plugs in each room so you should be good. The loud music is coming from a place called Porjai, which is a must visit local bar of you want to party w the locals, with their local music. Place is always buzzing. Sticky waterfall is a 40 minute drive. Doi kham for sunset - 15 minute drive. Doi suthep for sunrise - 50 minute drive uphill. Wat Pha lat 20 min drive on way back from doi suthep to air bnb. Chiang Rao - 2.5 hours drive. There’s Ray hostel in the same lane, which can arrange all pick ups and day trips for everything around.

Extremely professional host. You get what you pay for +100 response time is very fast if you forget something she will hold it for you so you can come back and get it. I left my $1200 retainers there and she held them for me I was thankful. Also, everything was cleanand relaxing.

Arunee is fantastic and most welcoming host, who goes above and beyond. Check in was easy, clear instructions and photos to aid the process. Arunee providing many local recommendations, as well info about the area, which was a lovely touch. I stayed for one month as a remote worker, and am extending for another. The best thing about the apartment is that it has all of the ammenties needed for a long stay, nothing was forgotten. It makes life so much easier. In terms of this, it's the best I've stayed in, in any country. Other notes: very comfortable bed, good WiFi, extra cleaning available (reasonable cost), lots of useful (and clean!) cutlery plates and bowls - which you don't always get. Complimentary water, coffee and snacks which was a lovely touch, as well as kind.

It is a great place, area is perfect, close to everything ! Balcony is astonishing. It's a pleasure to sit there any time of the day. Condo is clean and cozy. Highly recommend this place!

This was a beautiful house in a great part of the city center. The house had lots of space with a huge table, kitchen and three bedrooms and bathrooms. It was an easy walk to 7-11 and plenty of restaurants and the walking street. The hosts also provided lots of snacks and water and were very friendly and flexible with check out. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

Cheng and hosts were so accommodating! We really appreciate the care and attention they provided as well as the beautiful home!

房间不是很大，但该有的都不少，卫生也挺干净的，晚上不会太吵睡的还不错，可以去红姐的男朋友酒店寄存行李但有点小麻烦。姐人特别好沟通人很nice。

Prisana's is a great host, helpful and communicated very quickly when we had a query. The house is beautiful as is the outside space. Once you have accustomed yourself to the surrounding area it's a joy to live in such a wonderful place, full of everything you could want or need. To reach the city and all that has to offer is easy using local taxi's from an app such as 'Grab'. If you had any questions or need advise Prisana answers your questions very quickly, she also sends messages with local activities / festivals etc that are taking place. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to return again myself, thank you so much Prisana, you have a wonderful property in a wonderful location.

Prattana hosts a lovely home in a relatively peaceful part of Nimman Road. The house is very clean with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility to surrounding areas is quite easy and convenient as well. Prattana is a very responsive host with clear instructions as well as providing active responses to unforeseen events. Our group is very pleased with staying with her and will definitely come back !

非常不错的入住体验！房子在闹中取静的地方，去宁曼一号非常方便，距离附近的7-11便利店走路几分钟就能到达，附近餐馆也很多。房东姐姐也很细心贴心，有问题可以大胆询问房东姐姐～下次来还会选择住在这里～

Very well-organized Airbnb, easy check in, everything perfectly clean and well-maintained. I asked for an air filter and Tatum provided kindly one, plus free water! I like this condo, it's got real character and is in a great location between the modern area and the old center. Highly recommended!

The apartment was even better than in the photos—super clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. The host was great, with quick and hassle-free communication. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! 😊

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!

숙소는 크고 좋습니다~ 개미가 조금 나온다는 점과.. 수영장이용할때는 직원 호출이 필요하다는 점, 헬스장은 추가 비용이 있다는 점 참고하세요~ 그외에 침대도 푹신하고 좋습니당

Everything was great! The only thing I would say is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Not the end of the world but we had arrived after a really long travel day so would have been nice to get into a cosy bed. Great location with shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The traffic gets really bad in the area, so if you’re wanting to get a taxi anywhere just be mindful that it will take longer than you think. Overall fab stay!

Very nice apartment near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Nice view from the balcony as well. Would highly recommend for a stay in Chiang Mai!

房东很贴心 回复很及时 房源位于宁曼路Maya旁边走路1分钟的位置 附近吃喝逛街喝咖啡都很方便 唯一唯一不好的点就是会有飞机噪音 但是在我入住了两天之后 很明显我已经适应了这个声音 所以后面几天都睡的很好 如果有对声音敏感的人 建议自备耳塞。总之 是一次不错的入住体验！

Great comfortable apartment. Loved the convenience of having a washing machine. Across the street is a food court and the maya shopping mall. There is 2 coffee shops downstairs. Host was kind. 2 weeks flew by. Wi-Fi was also reliable and fast because I work online.
