Our Garden of Eden-Private Suite 0.4 mi from Beach

Kick back and relax in our cozy, garden view, studio apartment style guest suite, that is a short 5-10 minute walk from quiet beaches and centrally located to many Central Florida attractions. It is perfect for singles or couples. We're just 20 min. from Cocoa Beach (Ron Jon Surf Shop), and 45 min. from the Kennedy. Space Center. Orlando theme parks are just over an hour away. For eco-tourists, Camp Holly Airboat Rides and Viera Wetlands are both highly recommended and 20-25 min. away.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

The Riverside Bungalow

The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

Cozy studio mother in law suite (attached to main house of residence). Private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, Ice cold A/C, king size bed as pictured. No shared spaces! Located across from the indian river lagoon house and 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Melbourne and the Beaches. Close enough even to bike! (Suggested Riverview dr. route pictured) Close to Harris, Raytheon, Collins aerospace. Apple TV box provided with YouTubetv live. Booking flexibility!

Welcome to paradise! This studio apt is located STEPS from the infamous Cocoa Beach and rocket launches. Watch rocket launches out of your FRONT DOOR. You can surf, tan and relax during the day and then enjoy boutique restaurants 1.6 miles away. We provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and even beach toys; EVERYTHING you will need to make your stay incredible. Ron Jon’s is 4 miles away & Port Canaveral is 8 miles away. Welcome to the heart of the Eau Gallie Art district--pubs, restaurants, boutiques, museums and galleries. Our little neighborhood is a hidden gem full of ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss and Southern charm. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.

Little Piece of Heaven, pool/spa, steps to beach!

Tropical oasis just waiting for you to enjoy! 3 bed, 2 bath home, just steps to the beach, with a private pool, hot tub, and tiki bar set in tropical fenced in back yard. Pet friendly house by a dog friendly beach. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and TVs, 55 inch TV in living room, roku for streaming, and all the beach supplies you will need for your stay: Chairs, large popup tent umbrellas, towels, and toys!

Bright, open, clean, and tropical. This private space has hardwood floors and all the amenities for a comfortable relaxing stay including an outdoor partially covered tropical bathroom facility. Everythig is walking distance from a nice neighborhood park and the Atlantic Ocean with beach access is an 8-10 min walk. It is very private.
