It's conveniently located seven miles away from Short Pump where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. You will experience a quite relaxing retreat without leaving the city. We provide 4G wireless hotspot internet and a comfortable computer working space for business travelers. Grocery stores, business center, and banks are nearby.

With two master suites (one upstairs and one on the lower-level), a kids' bunk room, two additional bedrooms, and an oversized playroom/guest room, Wine Down is the perfect vacation rental home for groups and families.

Whole foods, Trader Joe's, Gathering Place and over 10 restaurants all within a 5 minute walk from the space. Guest will have private use of the townhouse. Some rooms are blocked off as labeled on door handles . Please note the bedroom, media room and large patio are on the 4th floor. Walking steps are required. Approximately 2000 square feet of usable space is available to guest.

The family that runs the farm has been here since 1980.
