This spacious apartment has been lovingly restored and styled by its artist owners and features their original artworks (paintings/lights). The apartment has solid oak flooring, antique Persian rugs and a combination of period French and contemporary designer furniture which contributes to the apartment's special character. A stunning set of 18th century chateau doors divide the living and bedrooms and provide the 'wow factor' of this charming find. A welcome basket of Prosecco or red or white wine and olives as well as breakfast provisions to be found in the kitchen; Artisan bread, butter, preserves, cereals, milk, free-range eggs, fresh fruit juice, Marmite, Betty's/Yorkshire tea and ground coffee. *FREE WI-FI* and *FREE PARKING*. The living room with its linen covered antique chesterfield sofa, large format art books, 42" Smart HD TV with Freeview, DVD player, Bose Bluetooth sound system is perfect for a cosy night in. 'Atelier 22 York' is situated in York's 'Cultural Quarter', a few minutes walk from the Yorkshire Museum, the Theatre Royal, York Art Gallery and the Minster. The city's top eateries are a stone's throw away : Roots, The Star Inn The City, Betty's, Skosh, Partisan, Le Cochon Aveugle, as well as numerous pubs and bars; a gentle stroll back home at night. The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. York's many attractions, including The Minster, Yorkshire Museum and Gardens, Treasures House, Fairfax House, Castle Museum, National Railway Museum, City Walls, Theatre Royal, City Screen Cinema, Betty's famous Tea Rooms are all 5-10 minutes walk away as well as beautiful riverside walks and restaurants, pubs and bars too numerous to mention. Unwind in this beautiful 2 double bedroom large ground floor flat in the heart of the idyllic Duchy area just a short walk from the centre of Harrogate. The flat is fully modernised and is located on a peaceful and picturesque road. Enjoy a glass of wine in the private garden, relax in the lounge or prepare a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have Kingsize beds and the flat benefits from underfloor heating throughout making it very cosy. We do not charge cleaning fees.

Dedicated access is via a bi-fold door onto a large patio/garden beyond that guests are welcome to use.

Cosy one bed apartment in central Knaresborough.

18th century building in the centre of Knaresborough, private access, check-in after 1500hrs, check-out before 1100hrs. Fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, UK king sized bed, wifi, 40inch smart TV. Access is at street level. 2-minute walk to the bus and railway station, situated off the market square by the castle. No private parking, 20m past property on left to park to unload as street is narrow. Car parks are very close to the property. Not suitable to host infants, children or pets.

We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely apartment, the ground floor of a 1930s detached house, situated on a quiet leafy road within a five minute walk of Harrogate’s wonderful array of shops and restaurants. The apartment is light and airy, styled with reference to both period elements and to its Harrogate location. As well as welcome food and drink goodies, guests will receive a complimentary copy of ‘So Very Harrogate’, a photography book highlighting attractions in the local area.

Entire Flat Free Parking Quiet Area *Self-Check In

We are located in a very quiet residential area of Leeds (Meanwood) with local supermarkets and cafes close by. We offer a newly refurbished self-contained flat (in our garden) with a Double Size bed, separated living room with an open kitchen, a shower room and a two seats sofa bed, and a single foldable mattress which can be placed on a metal frame in the living room. Free parking next to our main house garden fence. Buses on the main road 10 mins to city centre, 20mins to the Uni of Leeds.

Luxury Apartment in Leeds Central District

This lovely apartment is in the very heart of Leeds City Centre, and with balcony access gives you a wonderful view of the city. The front door is secure fob access, with a Concierge who can help with your day-to-day requests. Lifts serves the 7th level. The apartment has 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room and a sofa bed in lounge for occasional use. There are full facilities in the kitchen including dishwasher, nespresso and fast wifi. Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

The main bathroom, has a bath. The living room & kitchen come fully equipped.
