Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Our 1914 cottage has weathered many storms and stands tall with charm. She is well loved and lived in. We have chickens pecking in the garden, sun shining through our stained glass, spiders spinning webs, paint drips, palmetto bugs, cats napping, Spanish moss in the trees with a swing beneath, and a screened-in porch to take in the beauty of a long day's sunset. We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

We live @ 2000 Arendell across 20th St. So we’re available to serve your needs!

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets. Pet fee is $50 per stay payable separate to me . Please message me if staying longer than a week .

After a day on the water ride one of the bikes into town and try the fabulous restaurants, bars and shops or stay in as Kichen is fully equipped and with all new appliances and nice dining area.
