It is a private 400 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage with a kitchen, set back from the road and surrounded by pastures and trees. 1 King-size bed in the bedroom 1 Queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the Living room This cottage is one of the three cottages on our 16-acre property. Walk out of the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of land. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.

One bedroom cottage in the beautiful and historic Summerville area of Augusta! Located close to the Medical District, the Augusta National, and fantastic dining options in Downtown Augusta. There is space for an additional vehicle inside the garage (compact only). This cottage is located behind a separate Airbnb, separated by a large parking pad.

Unique country cottage. You have your own little cottage with I bedroom and loft and a small kitchen. There is also a beautiful pond for swimming, fishing or canoeing. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Located very near nice walking trails in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just minutes from grocery stores, dining and I-20 (with easy access to Fort Gordon, Downtown Augusta and the National Golf Course). The perfect southern retreat for the Masters or whatever brings you to the Garden City area!
