Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Luxury studio guest carriage house in Historic Downtown Franklin, a block and a half off Main St. High end finishes and professionally decorated. Perfect for couples or families with small children. Walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and all of the Franklin festivals including Pilgrimage. Downstairs has a sofa bed, kitchenette, bar eating area and TV. Upstairs is a queen bed, full bath, and TV. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator/freezer. Private parking and entrance.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Twenty minutes from Clarksville, APSU and nearby Fort Campbell KY to the north and thirty minutes from downtown Nashville and all it has to offer to the south. The quiet woodsy setting and comfortable interior of White Duck provide a restful transition from a day of sightseeing or an exciting football or hockey game. **There is a $50 pet fee** Please include your pet during the booking process.

This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.
