Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville & less than 10 min from the MTSU Miller coliseum. Our 1000 sq ft deck w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace and seating areas.Our suite is furnished w/a king size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed,tv & chair.We also have a 98” TV for amazing movie watching.

Getaway Properties offers a spacious country cabin accommodating up to six guests. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The cabin also has a large deck with a grill and seating area/ a private fire pit. You can relax, enjoy smores with your friends or family, or watch the sunset over the water. This home is one of three located on Greenbrier lake, a small 15 acre lake with plenty of wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back covered deck.
