You can stream your favorite movies while cooking dinner in our well-appointed kitchen, or take advantage of close proximity to Charlotte’s best Vietnamese restaurant, Lang Van. Easy check-in using the keypad. Available by phone, text, email, or Ring doorbell. Check the host's book for recommendations of places to eat, with plenty to choose from in NoDa and Plaza-Midwood, each about 3 miles away. See shows and sports events at Ovens Auditorium and Bojangles Coliseum, with uptown an easy 5-mile commute.

Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. We are a 10 minute drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. ***Before booking please note, through June 2025 the main house will have a kitchen remodel and there will be loud noises M-Sa from about 830-4. Only book if you will be here to sleep or will not be bothered by potential noise. *** Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and queen bed.
