Even though the location is downtown, it is quiet and private. Maxine's Market and Blue River Liquors are all just a short walk. Very close to lots of outdoor activites

House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. The kitchen & living room are on the first floor. This home is located 2 blocks from downtown historic Corydon, shopping & dinning. The gas is shut off to cook stove and oven for safety. You are welcome to use the wood burning fire pit at the back of yard.
