Conveniently located just off of I-79 at Exit 117 in Anmoore which serves as a gateway to the Eastpointe Shopping Center and New Pointe Plaza. This area is the major retail and dining hub for Clarksburg and Bridgeport. Meadowbrook Mall is just minutes away. West Virginia University is a easy 35 minute drive from the home via I-79. Also, the home is located within a 10 minute drive to both The FBI Center (CJIS) and WVU Medicine United Hospital Center.
