We had such a wonderful stay here for my girlfriend’s birthday. The loft was spotless, cosy and had the most stunning sea view! James & Rebecca are great hosts and had lots of helpful info for us before and during our stay. Overall a perfect long weekend - thanks for having us 😊

Lovely old cottqge in a great harbourside location! Charlestown was a real surprise with a host of restaurants and takeaways in walking distance - all excellent! It’s right on the coastal path and bus routes if that’s your thing! No shop in walking distance but only 5-10 minutes to supermarkets in the car. Highly recommended!

stayed for 4nights with our dog as well. the caravan was great, but it was the location that made it for us. the beach was outstanding. Molly our dog just loved charging around the huge dog friendly area. It was nice to come back to and sit outside with a glass of wine despite a bit of dodgy wheather. The caravan was spacious and very well equipt, alltogether a very nice break.

What an incredible stay at Chris and Jan’s magical little cabin! From the second we arrived, we felt like old West pioneers whilst also feeling like we were on a luxurious retreat. The place was bursting with prospector vibes and even had old period newspapers lining the walls of the bedroom. The outdoor hot tub practically whispered our names. We also spent an unreasonable amount of time on the porch, channeling our 60 year old cowboy personas, trying to spy that elusive woodpecker in the orchard from our rocking chairs. It was great to meet Chris (though our early rise had thwarted his attempts at stealthily attending to the hot tub maintenance.) Super helpful and full of excellent tips. The guide book did help too but it was nice to hear it from him personally. We also had a couple of visits from their canine companions which was a lovely surprise and loved a bit of fuss. If you're thinking of booking this place, stop thinking and just book to go. 10/10 experience.

Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

We have been coming to Whitsands for many years and this was by far the best chalet that we have stayed in. The chalet surpassed our all our expectations. The photos had not done justice to the beautiful garden. It is like no other garden on the cliff! We were lucky enough to have good weather and some amazing sunsets during our stay but even in the rain we would have enjoyed this wonderful chalet. Thank you so much Freya

A superb location and a great place to stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and only a few steps away from food shops. David was very helpful and friendly and we would happily return for another holiday.

A very comfortable house - excellent living spaces, great shower and quality outside spaces. Karen as is Super friendly host and on hand to answer any questions. Great family stay and nice walk into Bude across the golf course

We needed a 2 night stay in Bude for a family of 7. Louisa's place was ideal. Plenty of space, light and bright, on road parking, walking distance to town and beach. The property was well equipped...and had the all imprtant wifi !
