Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

We also have a 3 person infrared sauna with full lake view, bluetooth and light therapy. You are also welcome to enjoy our dock, with deep waters and great views. Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

We are down the street from Stonecreek Cove Golf Course in a countryside atmosphere and are comfortably close to the renowned Green Pond Landing, host to many national fishing tournaments.

This charming and spacious home is very accommodating. The home is in close walking distance to the downtown area of Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewery, shopping, and many community events. Also, the lake has access points with public parks, picnic areas, swimming, and boating options all within a few miles. The house has a small office area that is perfect for working. The house has fast wi-fi as well. Parking for a max of 4 vehicles only. No pets allowed.

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
