Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Welcome to our cozy apt./condo! This is a newly constructed apartment great for a relaxing getaway! We are close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes but with plenty of peace and quiet, our 2-bedroom apartment is a 7-minute drive to the heart of Silver Lake and features an outdoor firepit and beautiful views of our pond and property. The sunsets are gorgeous and full of color. After a fun filled day on the dunes, or exploring the area, come back and relax with bonfires, bbq, sunsets and roaming wildlife.

Escape to your private hot tub retreat and soak your cares away in our 6-person hot tub under the starlit sky, after spending your day at Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Enjoy the serenity of Hart Lake in one of our 4 kayaks via a walking path at the back of the property. Large yard with fire pit to enjoy crackling campfires. House is located on a quiet road with very little traffic for quiet nights. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own heat and AC controls so you can sleep at your perfect temperature.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Ever wanted to have that "Off-Grid" Experience? Here's the perfect place for you! You can be inside, and out of the elements to sleep, in the morning you're in the woods, with the sweet smell bacon and eggs over the camp fire. Hot dogs and s'mores for dinner. Or use the charcoal grill. Solar lights inside and out of the cabin, and a good ole fashioned outhouse. (shared with one other cabin). Water for washing and cooking is provided, but bring your own drinking water.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Pentwater Cozy Cottage with Bass Lake Access

Peace and nature abound at this cute, cozy cottage nestled in the woods - very near Pentwater and Ludington. The cottage is set up as a duplex.
Guests have complete privacy occupying one side of home + front and side yard. The other side of home + backyard are owner space. There are no shared entries or spaces. Come let the stress melt away in this very peaceful, clean and cozy little cottage in the woods. Bass Lake access is just a short walk down the road.

Waterfront Cottage by Silver Lake & Pentwater

Enjoy your own private waterfront on beautiful Crystal Lake! Our updated, 768 sq ft cottage has just about everything you need for a weekend or week long stay! Use our 2 kayaks to explore the lake. It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. Crystal Lake is a sandy bottom lake with clear water. @crystalbluffcottage

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
