There is also a fold-out sofa in the living room. Modern new kitchen with all cooking utensils. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet. And a separate guest toilet. Magnifique appartement tout neuf dans une maison situé dans un quartier très calme. Très proche du centre ville à pieds, de la gare,et des grands axes autoroutiers. L’appartement est très bien situé à 2 min de la frontière allemande et de ces commerces. Vous logerez à 3 min de Sarrland les thermes, 15 min de Sarrebrucken, 35 min de Zweibrucken Outlet. Places de stationnement. L’appartement est sur équipé vous ne manquerez de rien. Idéal si vous cherchez tranquillité repos, ou pour travailler.

Ich heiße euch herzlich in unserer stilvoll eingerichteten Terrassenwohnung in Schwetzingen Willkommen. Von hier aus erreichst Du innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß die Innenstadt, wo sich das Schloss mit einem wunderschönen Schlossplatz und unzähligen Restaurants befindet. Die schöne Altstadt von Heidelberg ist ca. 9 km entfernt. Auch den Bahnhof erreichst Du in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende, kleine Gruppen und Familien (4 Personen).

Maisonette-Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Aussicht

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt zentral im von Weinbergen umgebenen Grünstadt, oberhalb unseres Geschäftes "Das Stoffatelier", direkt angrenzend an die Fußgängerzone. Von hier aus lässt sich gut die Gegend erkunden. Mit Auto, Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im nächsten Weindorf. Durch die zentrale Lage an der Fußgängerzone erreicht man schnell zu Fuß verschiedenste Geschäfte und Lokalitäten. Eine Touristinfo ist ca. 100 Meter entfernt.

Willkommen in unserer neu renovierten und gemütlichen Wohnung! Die helle und charmante Wohnung bietet alles, was Du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigst. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein geräumiges Badezimmer. Der Pfälzerwald und ein Badesee befinden sich in der Nähe. 15 Minuten zur Ramstein Air Base und nach Kaiserslautern. Wir freuen uns darauf, Dich als Gast zu haben!
