Swallow Barn is situated off a quiet lane in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. The property is separate but adjacent to our 16th century Grade 2 listed home and we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring them. Open fields surrounding the property provide plenty of lovely walks.

The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

Our converted barn is in a peaceful location and beautiful setting. In close proximity to a stunning local nature reserve and a short drive from historic Bury St Edmunds and Lavenham. The station in the local village of Thurston offers regular services to Cambridge and Norwich. The area has plenty of country walks,great pubs and restaurants, and the Suffolk coast is within an hours drive.

Little Oaks

Little Oaks is a unique 1 bedroom cottage. As the name suggests there are numerous trees surrounding the property, with exposed Oak beams adding to it's authentic charm. It is surrounded by fields yet in easy reach of the A14 and cities/towns like Bury St. Edmunds and Cambridge. It has its' own private fenced garden and there is a play area on site for children. We welcome pets.
