Very tall people are destined to bonk their heads in an upstairs room, but will likely grin and relish the charm of this historic property. Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Built on a former private estate in a cul de sac and has trees on two sides so when relaxing in the sunroom or on the hammocks you feel at one with nature but still only minutes away from stores and the many attractions that the Mid Hudson Region has to offer from Teddy Roosevelt's Presidential Library to The Walkway Over the Hudson

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

We live upstairs & offer self-check-in. A rare find in the Hudson Valley, our neighborhood is mostly flat, with walkable, quiet roads, and excellent bird-watching. It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

It sits on one of the nicest streets in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to the metro north train station, restaurants, bars and bakeries. The walkway is also near by. This is a walkout street level studio. No stairs involved. The front stone patio is exclusive for the studio listing. The back patio is for the upstairs listing.
