Located in the friendly, walkable neighborhood of Kenton, this ADU is a five minute drive off of I-5, a 5-10 walk to the nearest bus lines and MAX station, and a block-and-a-half away from the central Denver St. commercial zone of Kenton with access to restaurants (Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, soul food, pizza, pub food), coffee shops, library, and convenience store. Fred Meyer and New Seasons grocery stores are close by. The ADU has a double bed, memory foam mattress, and a white noise machine.

There is a beautiful backyard, deck and propane fire pit to enjoy. Bus lines easily accessible one block away. Walking distance to University of Portland, short ride to the Moda center and 10 minutes from downtown Portland. Street parking is available.
