The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. There’s a regular bus service to the end of the lane from Hebden Bridge. A friendly local’s pub nearby serves good food and fine ales. There are numerous nature filled walks from the cottage, where you encounter few other walkers. If you want to ‘get away from it all’ but also have easy access to a lovely town with excellent amenities this is the place for you.

Built in 1860 for workers at the nearby cotton mill, this home has many period and original features. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in front of the wood burning stove, laying in bed or luxuriating in the gorgeous feature bath, there is a stunning view to be seen from every window. If you are lucky you may see an otter or mink swim by.
