The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, living room with couch, TV and dining table, a large bedroom with TV, sleeping up to 4 guests (a 5th childbed on mattress can be provided), and small kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, coffemachine, electric kettle, plates, glasses etc). Bedring faces the garden and is quiet. Guests not allowed, nor music >10 pm. Min age of adults 28.

The apartment has a big terrace and a garden for the warm summer days/nights. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a big working space with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Free parking on the street and a covered parking space in the driveway.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.
