Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

A lovely, light, modern apartment with a very high ceiling and big windows with great view. The bedroom is on a loft above the bathroom to make optimal use af space. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can be converted into a double bed or two single beds. It’s possible to drive by the metro or bus directly to the center of Copenhagen in only 12 min. From the airport to the apartment by Metro in just 30 min. The Metro station is only 300 meter from the apartment.

Bright apartment in close proximity to the beach, city and public transport. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher etc. The flat has washing machine and tumble dryer. The second bedroom is a full size bed in a kids room. Free parking. Super market 200m away. We love our apartment for the cozy spot in the kitchen and the calm neighbourhood. If you bring a child we can also mention the playground in back garden of the building.

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation with its own entrance. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a loft with a double bed, and a sofa bed on the ground floor that can be converted into another double bed with room for two. There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.

Parking just outside window (also charging station) - electric vehicles free.

Kælderlejligheden tilgås ved egen indgang. Lejligheden er indrettet pænt og alt er moderniseret. Huset ligger 5 min. gang fra S-togstation og 15 min. kørsel fra København centrum. Der er skov og strand indenfor cykelafstand. Der er indkøbs og restaurant muligheder indenfor cykel og gå afstand. Vi gør opmærksom på at vi har en meget venlig hund som kan være i haven når vi er hjemme

Lejligheden ligger 10 min gang fra Hellerup station og har separat indgang. Den er ca. 70 m2 og har 2 værelser. Et med kombineret køkken, spisestue og bad, og et med kombineret soveværelse og stue. Værelset har en seng til 2 personer og en sovesofa. Desuden er der et lille toilet ved indgangen.
