Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. Needham Market is a great central Suffolk location, from here it is quick & easy to get to see all the sights across Suffolk, from Southwold to Lavenham, Framlingham to Woodbridge you can explore easily from this historic and well connected market town.

The lodge Greatwood

We have recently completely renovated our Lodge in the grounds of our 8 Acre Hazel wood. You are free to wander around and hopefully you will spot some wildlife, you are in the heart of the country side with many lovely walks in the area. You will have your own private garden at the front of the lodge where you can enjoy BBQ (provided) a local public house which is serving take away food. The Lodge is cleaned to an extremley high standard and you have total privacy.

The Church Hall, Helmingham

Located next to Helmingham Hall, The Church Hall is a beautiful and stylish refurbishment of St Mary's Church Hall. Sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms - two ensuite doubles and a bunk room sleeping 4. There is garden which includes a fire pit area, wood fired hot tub, play area and dining terrace. There is a bespoke fully equipped kitchen in the lounge/kitchen/diner and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also parking for four cars.

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
