The Workshop was originally built on the nearby Sculthorpe Air Base around 1949. It was dismantled, moved and re-erected in its current location during the 1960’s and used for many years as a builders' workshop. Recently renovated, this lovely one bedroom, open plan style home is approx 700 sqft. Simply decorated and stylishly furnished. Fully equipped Kitchen, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The property is in a very rural location and a car is essential as there are no walking routes / shops nearby. We only accept 1 small / medium dog - please do not ask to add more than 1 dog as we are unable to accommodate due to the property being so compact.
