The unit is on the second floor of a Victorian home built in 1903. LOCATION: The apartment is just 1.3 mi from U.S. Bank Stadium, walking distance to downtown and minutes away from the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Convenient bus lines run to Uptown, LynLake and, U of M campus. Coffee shops and Eat Street are close-by, as well.

You will feel comfortable with the privacy of your own bedroom and living space located in the basement of my home with a private entrance where you will not be disturbed. WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

In the bedroom is a king sized bed and a smart TV connected to the internet for your use. The home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Within blocks of the house, there are restaurants, shops and several grocery stores.
