Grandma's House at Jordan Valley

Come and relax in the peaceful surroundings of this rural destination. Nestled on the outskirts in the popular Loess Hills of western Iowa the views of nature are sure to inspire. We have built our very roomy home to resemble a barn. Having raised our 13 children here we have some empty space. Grandpa and Grandma's apartment is a very inviting homey atmosphere for any one passing through or planning a lengthier stay in our area you will be happy with our family friendly accommodations & price.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property where the river is just 50 feet from the back patio. This riverside home is the perfect place for a fishing getaway, a guys or girls trip, an off the grid weekend, or a family vacation. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen and eat at the dining room table which seats 6, or grill on the patio and enjoy the river views and firepit. You can also relax in the above-ground pool from June to mid-Sept. or, at the end of the day, enjoy the spa bathtub.

Grain Bin Getaway

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Relax in a rocker on the porch, rejuvenate with a hike in the Loess Hills, or cruise one of three Iowa Scenic Byways.

This home is very spacious, sleeps 17 people at once comfortably, fantastic neighborhood & a fun place for both kids & adults. It's definitely designed to fit the needs of multiple families at the same time. The master Suite is on the main floor. This home accepts pets, children, & anyone with good intention. 2 full kitchens, gas stove on main & electric stove downstairs. Convenience stores are nearby such as Cassey gas station, Valentino's pizza, Runza resturant, Nail shop, & Subway.

This newly built carriage house features a spacious upstairs studio apartment in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. It is perfect for peaceful getaways or business travel. You will enjoy a comfy king sized bed, efficient work space, full kitchen with modern appliances, and a laundry room. This gem sits on its own lot and is surrounded by trees. It is conveniently located just one mile south of Blair with easy access to highway 75 and a short scenic drive into downtown Omaha.

Great for events and big groups- My place ~ 6k sq ft, close to Dodge, 680/80. It is a quick drive to zoo, malls, airport, parks, Costco, grocery, restaurants, bars, regency, and more . You’ll love the outdoor space, seasonal pool (open after frost in March until mid October) & outdoor bar for entertainment, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small to big groups.

Cheerful home with indoor Fireplace & King beds

We have a unique older home in a nice neighborhood. This home has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, a sofabed, queen air mattress and a pak-n-play. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen should have most everything you'd need to prepare and serve a nice meal. We look forward to hosting you.

Fremont Farm Cottage

Forget your worries in the spacious and serene property. The cottage sits on an acreage nestled among farmland with flowing field views. Built in the 1920’s the cottage underwent full renovation in 2024. It maintains it 1920’s character while offering a large kitchen, 3.5 beautiful bathrooms and a large family room with ping pong and foosball tables. Paved access to Highway 275 makes Fremont a quick 7 minute drive and West Omaha a 25 minute drive.

The Stewart House

Welcome to our family home, designed & built by Dr E R Stewart in 1911, & owned by 4th gen Stewarts, great-grandson Jon, and wife, Mary. The Stewart House, conveniently located, is in easy walking of distance of historical downtown Blair. Nearby attractions: Loess Hills, Desoto National Wildlife Refuge, Ft. Atkinson, Wash. Co. Museum, College World Series, Old Market, Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, & Buffet's Meetings!

Large secluded home with a private drive and an amazing view! This three bedroom, three full bath home with an aviation theme, has plenty of space with a view of the Missouri River and a hot tub off of the master. Three queen beds, a twin with a twin trundle, and a pull out couch can sleep up to 10. Foosball and air hockey tables. There is a bike path at the end of the driveway and only a 7 min drive to Eppley Airfield.
