Set back from the road & surrounded by fields and woodland. Our gated one bed self-contained guest barn makes for a comfy homely stay away. Lounge with a sofa/bed, table and chairs a cute little living space plus a bedroom both on the first floor. Hot drink facilities bathroom and fridge on the ground floor with plenty of storage and parking. Cooked breakfast? Pop next door to the Garden Centre, open seven days a week and dine at The Curious Cat. Days out to the beach, or Cathedral city centre.

With its own private entrance, you'll have your own private space, ideally located for exploring the local area. Ideal for couples, solo travellers and business guests, the annexe is a short stroll from Tankerton Slopes and the Tankerton and Whitstable seafront. Enjoy beach walks, explore the coast on our complimentary bikes, or relax after visiting nearby JoJo's.

Take it easy at this unique getaway, sleeps 4 woodland walks, local pub/restaurant ,Micro brewery and much more to make your time away a memorable one. Relax in the countryside or take a short drive to the local town/Beach. Spend some private time relaxing in our heated swimming pool, and then retire to your own comfort of the "Cosy Cottage" for that long earned rest. Herne Bay,Whitstable towns and the city of Canterbury just 15 mins by car. Local buses run frequently in both directions Enjoy.

The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

Sunset Getaway Herne Bay

Less than a five minute walk to the beach, 10 more to the pier, and central to all that Herne Bay has to offer- Feel the serenity of the Kentish coast in our fresh and peaceful accommodation. Grab a bite at a seafront restaurant, enjoy the sunset, and stroll back along the shore all the way home within ten minutes. Equipped with its own parking and everything you need for a seaside getaway. March to September you can experience beautiful sun rises-and sunsets in a two minute walk to the beach.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

Suitable for couples or friends as there's also a click clack sofa bed for occasional use if needed (please advise at the time of booking). (Please note we are unable to accept children under 12.) Perfect as a base for exploring the local area of Herne Bay with great trails for bikes/walks and runners. A welcome basket for a light breakfast is provided, along with teas, coffee and milk/juice.
