Set at the bottom of our garden, but totally self contained with parking for one vehicle. Kirkby Malzeard is a small traditional village set in the Nidderdale AONB. Perfectly placed to be your 'Gateway to the Dales', whilst also conveniently located for visits to Harrogate and York, it's your town & country location rolled into one!

This charming stone cottage forms part of a barn conversion, and less than 5 minutes walk from Fewston and Swinsty reservoirs in the Washburn valley. Stands besides our own property, so we are nearby to offer help and information. Ideal for walkers, Cyclists,couples and small families. Kitchen diner opening onto new private patio and garden with table and chairs. Lounge with sofa bed. Twin bedroom and large walk in shower with wc. Private parking 2 cars. Wifi,Pubs 1 mile away. Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Fernbeck Cottage is set in beautiful Nidderdale within the Yorkshire Dales. It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Nidderdale Cottage (Wren)

Gorgeous little cottage overlooking Nidderdale with amazing views, quiet and cosy. Good sized living area and dining table combined, small kitchen but everything you need to eat in unless you take advantage of the local pub which is a short walk away. Recently renovated with new bathroom, beds, decor and flooring (spring 2022). Outside upper level outside the cottage has a decking area per cottage with own seating to admire our view and the amazing sunsets or starry night skies.

We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.

Waterwheel Cottage

Waterwheel cottage is an old workshop converted to the highest standards, yet retaining some original and interesting features. On a Summer's evening open the patio doors to enjoy the beautiful sunshine overlooking the pond and in winter light up the stove to create that warm glow. The cottage is situated on a working farm in the area of outstanding natural beauty. You can collect your keys from the key safe and Kim, Janet and Emma are close by should you need anything.
