Boat of Garten is a beautiful village situated in the Spey Valley. It is an ideal base for many sporting and nature activities in summer and winter. There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, cafe, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view. We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

1 bedroom self contained bungalow. The property is attached to our home but is independent and accessed only by the guests. No facilities are shared. The living room has a wood burning stove, a full HD projector and retro arcade console. Outside decking is private to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Ben Nevis is just a 20 mile drive from the house via Fort William. Oban Ferry terminal, a 30 mile drive south, offers year round access to the Hebrides.

The cottage is on a working croft, where the collie can be seen working with the sheep, therefore no pets are allowed. Home baking, local eggs, and small welcome pack are provided on arrival.
