Tucked in the glen of the tiny township of Clachamish, Shepherds Hut #1 is one of a pair of cosy hideaways at An Croit. An ideal rural retreat to access the delights of the north of the Misty Isle. Surrounded by nature & stunning views, this is the opportunity to escape the pressures of busy lives, there is no internet or TV. Muin Shepherd Hut is complete with: 2kw Shower (2 minutes of hot water/5 minutes to re-heat) toilet, sink, Belfast sink, fridge, ceramic hob, Air Fryer, underfloor heating, wood burning stove, TV, Double bed with King size duvet, large decked area, enclosed private garden (dog friendly) and views over to the Isles of Mull and Coll and onwards out over the Atlantic Ocean. Throw in the odd sea eagle that visits us, red deer abound, pine martins, otters and the dolphins playing off the pier!!

Our cosy & compact Shepherds hut is situated near to the stunning NC500, 20 minutes from the town of Tain, where all amenities can be found. The hut offers a warm & comfortable place to relax & unwind. Our hut caters for 2, with a king sized bed, ensuite shower room, kitchen area and a wood burning stove. Outside, there is seating & open views. Situated in an area of natural beauty you will find yourself surrounded by stunning scenery, mountains, forests & beaches all waiting to be explored.

Rosie the Road Workers' Living Wagon

Situated in Upper Inverroy, near Roy Bridge, and with unbroken views to some of Scotland’s highest and most beautiful peaks, Rosie is ideally placed for visitors who are keen to explore the beautiful mountains, glens, lochs and coastal waters of Lochaber, the outdoor capital of the U.K. Rosie was built in 2019 upon an original early 1930’s road workers’ living wagon chassis. Situated in a private position adjacent to our house, Rosie looks out towards  the magnificent Grey Corrie mountains.

Our quirky, cute shepherd's hut sits in a peaceful orchard next to our house, and near to an historic mill. It is ideal for one or two people and comes equipped with a comfortable double bed, a folding table, a small kitchen area with a microwave, kettle and toaster and a tiny private bathroom, with a hot shower. Outside, the decking provides a space to relax. The BBQ provides an option for dinner. Drinking water is from a tap on the side of the hut.

The cosy Shepherd's Hut combines the best of past traditions with the comfort of today. Inside is everything you need for a comfortable cosy night's sleep, but still with enough space to relax during the day. Eigg is a beautiful island with spectacular beaches, wildlife, archaeological sites, interesting geology and a vibrant island community. The island is very popular with landscape and wildlife photographers.

A lovely little Shepherd's Hut situated in the small village of Torrin on the Isle of Skye. Enjoy breathtaking views with you morning coffee or BBQ dinner. The beach is located a short walk from your hut where you will find an array of wildlife including the mighty Golden & Sea Eagle's, otter's and Seal's. Beach, Sea, Mountains and Wildlife what more could you ask for.
