A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Central Petersfield/South Downs Boutique Lodge

Converted in 2018, Grade II listed The Lodge at Bridge House is a boutique, self-contained, 2 storey accommodation in central Petersfield, a market town in the heart of the South Downs. Attached to our family home but with private entrance and off-street parking, The Lodge offers guests a stylish living/dining area, a comfortable galleried king bedroom upstairs and outdoor seating area. The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Tool Shed nestled in idyllic countryside

The Tool Shed is in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is the ideal place to stop over if you're exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty. We are a short walk away from the stunning views from Older Hill, only ten mins drive to Midhurst and 20 mins to Goodwood and the sandy beaches of The Witterings beyond. As you need to walk outside to reach the shower room it’s a bit of a glamping experience! Covered bike storage, off road parking and a light breakfast are provided.

Garden cottage in the South Downs National Park

Sited within the grounds of our family home built in 1870 & overlooking our garden. Overglen cottage lies just off the South Downs Way & Serpents Trail giving easy access to Chichester, Portsmouth, Winchester,Guildford & Goodwood. A perfect location to walk, cycle or visit a country pub.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Beautiful S.Downs Cottage, pool and tennis

A private gate takes you directly onto the South Downs with some lovely foot and cycle paths on your doorstep. Close to the beach and city, Chichester, Portsmouth, Southhampton, Winchester, Goodwood and Witterings beaches are in easy reach while Liphook station takes you to Waterloo in an hour. Ripsley is a place to get away from it all. Great for cyclists, walkers, couples and families. The pool and tennis court are available from May to end Sept/early Oct, Mon- Sat 9am - 1 pm.

The Annexe - East Hampshire & the South Downs

Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

The Barn @ North Lodge -Soho Farmhouse-esque Cabin

Inspired by Soho Farmhouse. A stylish converted barn set in the grounds of a Georgian Lodge within the South Downs National Park. Conveniently located close to the picturesque market towns of Alresford, Petersfield, Alton and historic Winchester, it is an ideal base to both explore Hampshire and kick back and relax in luxury.
