We had a great stay at Chris' place in central London. The apartment was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Chris was kind enough to offer us an early check in and helped out with all the queries. It got a bit warm inside the apartment, but Chris had fans for every room which was helpful. The place is very centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood near UCL and close to 3 Tube stations including Tottenham Crt Rd station (10 mins walk) & Goodge Street (2 mins walk). It's on the Ground & Lower Ground Floor so bringing bags in isn't an issue. Only slight disadvantage is that the rooms/bathrooms are slightly small, but if you're not spending too much time at home, it's not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be centrally located in London and close to major Tube stations.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this flat. First, the location was perfect and allowed us to walk around the Notting Hill/Kensington areas easily. It felt very safe, even late at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I'm very picky about beds, as I have a bad back. The outdoor deck was wonderful and allowed us coffee outside and fresh air. But without a doubt, it was the hosts that made this a very special event. Pearlina and Simon went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with recommendations, help when needed, incredible communication, and hospitality the likes of which I've never received before at an AirBnB. This is a home, not a purchased flat that no one has ever lived in. It felt like a home and was great. Only note: If you have little kids, the stairs inside the flat have no railing so would not recommend for children. Otherwise, it was charming

Séjour agréable dans cet appartement coquet, propre et proche du centre ville. L appartement etant orienté Est, la chambre mériterait d'avoir des rideaux occultants pour éviter des reveils tres matinaux.

Sanya was a great host, friendly and very responsive. Communication was great always replied to my text messages and was always willing to help. My dad loved her plants and it made him feel even more at home. The apartment is beautiful and clean and so close to everything.

We specifically wanted a 2 bedroom upmarket property with easy access to Wellington Hospital where our daughter was undergoing very major surgery. This suited the bill. The hospital is at most a 5 minute bus ride away with a 4 minute walk at each end and buses running every 5 minutes. St Johns Wood high street 2 minutes walk from the hospital boasts several high class retaurants. We ate at Soutine and the Ivy and were very satisfied. Access by bus to central London is 20 mins and free with a bus pass. Easier and more interesting and cheaper than going by tube. Our host gave clear instructions and access to the property was easy. Property was very comfortable and beds were excellent. Access to shops was easy. We used M&S at Swiss cottage and local Tesco Express. There was a good Deli nearby. We arrived at South Hampstead station, 2 mins walk from the property. Very convenient for those arriving from Euston, 4 mins train journey away. Overall an excellent venue for any London visit.

Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour (6 nuits, 2 adultes/2 enfants) Points forts: - Emplacement IDÉAL 💫✨✨ Appartement dans une rue au calme, avec peu de passage de voitures. Mais proche de toutes commodités (métro, supermarché, restos, cafés, bars…) et extrêmement bien placé dans Londres pour accéder facilement aux différents quartiers. - Appartement petit mais très pratique et bien conçu pour un séjour d’une semaine en famille. 2 chambres avec lits doubles (et petites couettes individuelles pour les enfants). Cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain également, et une mini terrasse à l’abris! Chauffages très efficace si besoin. - Hôte très gentil et serviable, même si nous n’avons pas eu la chance de le rencontrer… Arrivée et départ autonome (digicode) Point faible: - Insonorisation avec le pallier du dessus un peu légère… nous avons été réveillés une nuit par le départ des locataires à 3h du matin… Mais bon, en centre ville on ne peut pas tout avoir! Encore merci pour ce séjour!!!

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

Le logement est parfait pour une famille avec enfants. L emplacement est proche du parc victoria et il y a un accès facile à Londres avec le bus. Les hôtes sont cordiaux et arrangeant.

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

Thu is an incredible host. She is extremely responsive, friendly and has a wonderful home. Would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

We had the most wonderful time at Danessa’s beautiful cottage. The place is very well equipped and super comfortable. The surroundings are gorgeous and all you hear and see is exquisite wild life. I would very happily stay there again and have no hesitation to recommend it.

Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold. Lejligheden var ren og pæn, sengene udmærkede, der var stille og roligt. Vi havde dejligt vejr, så der var skønt at kunne åbne op og sidde på terrassen. Matthew var meget venlig og spurgte ind til, om vi manglede noget. Vi kan klart anbefale lejligheden til andre, der elsker Notting Hill og ønsker en god lejlighed til prisen.

We had a fantastic stay at Jacob’s flat near Paddington Station! As a family of four with young kids, it was the perfect home base for our London trip. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to Paddington Station, which made it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, and being close to Hyde Park was a huge bonus for family walks and letting the kids play. The flat itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out, and everything was well-maintained and clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jacob was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful, which made our entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this flat and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!

We found this apartment to be the perfect launch spot for our brief stay in London. The location was so perfect. Just 1 block from the central line, getting around the city was a breeze. You're also walking distance to beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point but the host was quick to retrieve our keys for us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I would recommend this place for up to 3 people who want a laid back London experience!

Excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Henri, très agréable à vivre. On se sent comme chez soi dans cet espace aux beaux volumes, lumineux et joliment décoré. La proximité des transports, avec deux lignes de métro et plusieurs bus, est un vrai atout. Hyde Park est également tout proche, et il y a de nombreuses options de restauration à proximité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

I stayed in Yvonne's place for my last night in London and it was the perfect environment for a relaxing evening. Great views, ambiance, and within walking distance to the tube where you can get to central London in 30-ish minutes. There's a cafe and a few grocery stores right by the station for easy, quick breakfast options. It was simple to get to Heathrow - also an around 30 minute tube trip. For solo travelers, I felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood from the station to the flat (~6 min walk) and the building was very secure. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay that's relatively close to the airport but also can easily get into the more busy parts of the city
