Herzlich willkommen in unserem Heim mitten im aufstrebenden, liebevoll renovierten Stadtzentrum von Hohenems. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Obergeschoss des 2-Familienhauses mit Aussicht auf den Schlossberg. Obschon mitten in der Stadt ist ein ruhiger Garten sowie ein kostenloser Parkplatz (ansonsten überall gebührenpflichtig!) auf dem privaten Grundstück vorhanden. Geschäfte und Gastronomiebetriebe finden sie direkt vor der Türe. Sehr gute Autobahnanbindung für Ausflüge in ganz Vorarlberg, CH und D.

Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy
