This is one the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Smelled fresh and not like it had just been sitting. Everything was great. Will come back in the summer when we can use the outdoor amenities.

Great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. They even recommended an amazing BBQ spot nearby that we loved. The home itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Karen has a wonderful Air BnB! One of my favorites I have stayed in. Looks just like the photos, very clean and very comfortable. Easy to access all the things/activities Bentonville has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!

This Airbnb is amazing! It is within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, etc. The ambience of the Airbnb is tranquil and makes you feel right at home. It’s perfect for a weekend getaway! They even have bikes available for those who want to get out and ride around.

Stayed while in town for a concert, highly recommend!

For the price of a hotel stay at the local convention center (where our event was held), we loved Jason's place for it's space, unique styling, kitchen and ease of parking. You are in an eclectic group of other residential units (one is right below the rentable unit, an Airstream and a house on either flank) so would call this semi-independent housing. However, the windows have views of trees, the unit gets minimal noise from the residence below, and the amenities are excellent. We would stay there again if work calls us back to NW Arkansas.

Kathryn was great! The space and location were perfect. We were within walking distance to the square and used her cruiser bikes provided to bike through some trails she recommended. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bentonville! Downtown and the trailheads were almost out our door!

It is absolutely a beautiful home! Had everything we needed. Host are Great!!!

Easy to find and park. The garage down below was easy to safely and securely park bikes and included racks, pump and many of the basics to maintain a bike. The living space was cozy and a good layout for the limited space available. The fold out couch turns into an extra sleeping area in the living room which worked for our family of 4. Great location next to the HUB Bike Lounge.

We enjoyed our stay here during a quick trip to experience a football game in Fayetteville! Upon arrival, the door code provided to us was incorrect but the host quickly responded with a backup code. Overall, the space was clean and exactly as described. Thanks for everything!

Excellent location, central and very walkable to downtown. Great amenities very clean and onsite parking. Comfort level would be increased with a larger loveseat or full size couch and a device to watch our own streaming services ie. Roku. We had an excellent stay, loved Bentonville and definitely would stay here again they are excellent hosts!

Brandi’s place was absolutely perfect! When trying to book a place, this was one of the only ones that I could find where it was update, clean, and cozy. The view of the lake was great as well. I would definitely stay here again! The unit was exactly as described and pictured.

The host was so nice! The condo was beautiful exactly as the pictures showed! We had an issue with noisy neighbors and we sent a message to the host, she quickly got us moved to another unit at 11:00 pm. The next day she was very very kind. I 100% recommend staying here. We will be back soon!
