Please bring your own boat and snow machine. Then retire at night to the garage for pool and ping-pong, the bonfire for stargazing or the living room for board games and movies. This home is situated on 176 acres in a springtime maple syrup bush with beautiful towering maples and sap lines throughout. Feel free to enjoy the trails with your dog or bring your bicycle to go riding. Relax in the quiet yard that is a mix of sun and shade in the day or sit by the fire in the open firepit in the evening. The large screened-in porch is a great place to enjoy a meal or sit and play games. In the winter, bring your snowmobile and access the Snowmobile Trail from our property.

Come experience a relaxing getaway with family and friends! You can swim off the dock, great fishing, large yard for outdoor games and bonfires! You will have access to the entire camp, including all kitchen items, canoe, and both indoor and outdoor games. Three kayaks available with life jackets so you can tour the beautiful area. Like many other cottages, our water is lake fed so guests will need to bring bottled water. Fur babies welcome! Ensure they stay in the yard and watched.

Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.

Rustic cabin on Sugar Islands beautiful south end. Butts up to the 4000+ acre Chase Osborn Preserve. Trails throughout to hike and enjoy the serenity. The South End Cabin has access to Starlink WiFi and a smart Tv to stream whatever you wish. There is a fire pit on site with a picnic table. Sauna access available on the front porch. Deer, Turkeys and occasionally bears roaming through. Unwind next to the fire stove on a chilly night.

Birch Banks - Waterfront Family Cottage

When we decided to buy a cottage, we wanted something that brought us closer to nature, but didn’t want a house on the water. It had to have some rustic elements to it. With its vaulted knotty pine ceilings and walls, and windows looking out at the lake, we instantly fell in love. It doesn’t matter if it’s high summer floating on the lake, or Fall with the beautiful colours, it’s just a special place to be.
