Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

Beautiful apartment with an open floor plan with bedrooms split apart, in like new condition, with a screened balcony. It was very quiet. You do have to go up 19 steps to the apt. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our two week stay.

Host are very nice. The accommodations is easily accessible. It as our second time staying there and will return next year.

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

Our third visit to Kristine’s place and it was awesome as usual. The farm fresh eggs are delicious! We also enjoy the eclectic collection of artwork and photos. Such a paradise!

John & Linda were wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and their upstairs apartment was perfect for my husband and I. We loved taking out the bikes to explore the town and it was an easy walk to the park to watch the sunset over the water. Would definitely stay here again!

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located with many things nearby. It was a great little home away from home for our family of four.

We had a great stay at Karen's place in Zephyrhills. I appreciated Karen's responsiveness to my pre-visit questions and to the seamless check-in process. The home was nicely laid out for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms and two fully stocked bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen (appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and pods), lots of towels and linens, and fast internet made for an excellent stay.

The location was perfect for me sightseeing, work, relaxation, etc.], and check-in was smooth and easy. karen was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. My family and I have been coming to cedar key since I could walk-and probably before! It’s one of our favorite areas to travel to and Kristi’s place made us feel right at home! Absolutely loved our stay!

Saddlebrook is a very nice area close to Tampa and Berta’s apartment is well situated and nice decorated. We like it a lot and will be happy to return.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

I came to Cedar Key to fish from my kayak, which I did every day. The area is quite beautiful. I expored two of the islands in the Gulf of Mexico. They are a ways offshore so I had to make sure that it wasn't too windy or rough. The islands are uninhabited and in their natural state. I saw manatees, dolphins, eagles, ospreys and numerous shore birds including herons, ibises, spoonbills, pelicans, terns and gulls. I also saw a racoon foraging on an oyster bar. I did some exploring in the waterways adjacent to cedar key. They are very shallow so I had to check the tide chart to make sure there would be enough water. I did catch some nice fish, which I grilled over charcoal. The deck was a beautiful place to relax on and eat supper on. There are hundreds of birds emerging from the mangroves in the evening and flying to their roosting areas. Ken and Marylee were very responsive to any questions that I had. The condo was well appointed and all the appliances worked well.

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

Great location in Innisbrook. We needed a place to stay the night and this fit the bill. We appreciated the toiletries provided especially the toothbrush since my daughter forgot hers. Thank you for a great stay.
