Enjoy a quiet family getaway, set in beautiful surroundings with countryside walks on your doorstep. There are two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one bunk room suitable for either a single adult or two children. Set on one level with your own private garden, beside a large pond (fully fenced), you can venture through the meadow to see the resident Shetland and sheep. With lots of stunning walks on the doorstep, Framlingham castle under 10 miles or a trip to the beach within 20 miles.

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.
