Kick back and relax in this boutique, calm, stylish space. Enjoy the views over the town and lake. The space is contemporary, sunny and airy and situated in a quiet, secure neighbourhood. Each double bedroom has its own wardrobe and ensuite. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a washing machine and dryer. A double garage gives you a secure place to park car and bikes. Easy access to the Redwoods, Waipa mountain biking, walking trails, and central city. A lift is available on request.

Secluded Forest Retreat, Paradise Valley, Rotorua

Romantic getaway, total privacy within 18 acres of native bush. Disconnect from society, re-connect with yourself. Our tiny house in the trees is set amongst the ferns and pongas with seclusion in mind, only native birds as close neighbours. No road noise, off street parking. Nature permitting, you can star gaze while soaking in the outdoor bath, spot the milky way, or our very own glow worms. 15mins drive to CBD and Eat street, Gondolas, Canopy Tours, Hobbiton approximately an hour away.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

We offer a very special location out of town with panoramic views across rural countryside and Lake Rotorua; it is private, peaceful, and intended to be your home from home, with its own access and facilities. The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
