The property is conveniently located just off the MLK Expressway, so you’ll be minutes away from Oaklawn Racing , Garvan Woodland Gardens, and beautiful downtown Hot Springs National Park.

Our guest quarters is walking distance to Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino & .5 mile to Majestic Park. It's close to nightlife, public transport, and parks. 1.1 Mile from downtown, you’ll love its location! You can see the north end of the track from the front yard. Because it is centrally located in Hot Springs, you can be anywhere rather quickly. There are many restaurants and a grocery store located within a mile of this property. My guest quarters is great for couples and individuals.

1 br/1 bath & kitchenette. Located 6 min off S. Central Ave, numerous restaurants and shopping. 15 min to Oaklawn Track, 20 min to downtown. Rental is a detached garage apt with private entrance and parking next to entrance. Lake view from porch swing and also the living room space where kitchenette has frig, microwave, regular coffee pot and Keurig machine. Back room has King bed w/ new mattress and bedding, smart TV and WiFi. Access to dock w/swing, amazing sunsets.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill (sidewalk) to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport.

Cozy Peggy's Cottage

Peggy’s Cottage is a comfortable place to hang your hat. The one-bedroom and one bath cottage is completely restored. It is bright, fresh, and cozy with an expansive set of windows. Wisteria and English Ivy grow abundantly around the cottage. With contactless check-in and parking a few feet from the front door, in and out is quick and easy.
