Almost 100 year old house in Historic District with eclectic decor. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Pets that are house trained are allowed. Free parking on street and driveway. My 2 houses were built as a family compound, the big backyard was the garden that fed the family and they had a mule to pull the plow. The basements are closed and empty

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

This 1,000 sq ft 2BR/1BA guest suite offers complete privacy from the adjoining property. Located just off of Hwy 70 (Airport Rd), it's just minutes from Lake Hamilton and only about 5 miles from Oaklawn Casino and Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Contact the host before booking if bringing a pet. Only one small pet (15lbs or less) allowed. There is a $20 pet fee (no exceptions). There absolutely NO smoking allowed in the guest suite. ($200 fine for smoking in guest suite)
