Our place is good for couples, small groups, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). You will have your own private entrance and off street parking in a quiet neighborhood with great views.

The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.

McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people. It is near the beautiful Spring Creek Park and there is a bike path leading to Penn State. We provide 2 bikes at the house. This is a wonderful, safe, quiet neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants, parks, and much more!
