The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

Such a fantastic stay at Brett & Cheryl’s house! They were so helpful and responsive to all my questions, and Brett went above and beyond allowing early and late check in and sorting working permits for us. The house was spotless when we arrived and exactly as described. The kitchen had useful extras like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and tea bags. We loved the quirky decor and the garden area was such a bonus! The location is ideal - so close to the station, shops, beach and things to do. We had a truly wonderful hen weekend!

Mark's house was perfect for us to visit my family in Brighton and Hove. Everywhere walkable or by bus. Great to be so close to the beach and shops. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Mark responded immediately to my messages. My granddaughter loved her bedroom at the top of the house!

Jonathan was a great host who quickly responded to any messages. The house is well equipped and had anything you need for your stay, great clear instructions for any appliances etc.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs and the location was spot on, being close enough but far enough out of Brighton itself. Rottingdean was really lovely. Excellent transport links as well as being easily driveable. The house felt like a home and had everything that we needed. Lyndsey was super quick at responding to messages and was really helpful. The only problem we encountered was parking as this was very limited, luck f the draw, on street parking - was ok for us as was the weekend but would have been trickier if we were visiting on weekdays. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful group stay at The Old Townhouse. Very clean and characterful and great amenities too, Paul had thought of everything we might need. The location is amazing, right in the heart of kemptown and close to the beach.

I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

Gabbys house was an amazing airbnb experience, one of the best we’ve had. The house is so lovely, stocked full of amenities and we were able to have an amazing few days here. The house is spotless, but so cosy and lovely decor. Gabby left us some eggs, bread, milk etc which was a lovely touch. The house is approx 20-30 min walk from the pier, but there are lovely parks and pubs on route and we found the location ideal. She responded very quickly to our questions, let us check in early and check out late, and was really lovely throughout. 10/10 recommend

We had a lovely time staying in Louise and Paul's apartment. They were very friendly hosts, and their dogs were also super friendly - our dog had a great time playing with them in the garden! The apartment itself was a good size and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful and great for countryside walks!

We had a wonderful three night stay. The barn house and the surroundings are beautiful. Everything we needed was there, we didn’t leave the house other than to go for a walk and some lunch in battle! Perfect for a peaceful getaway, we used the bbq and the hot tub. Would have used the swimming pond if it had been a little warmer! We all said we would 100% return with our young families and use the grounds more, ie the games room, swimming pond and trampoline We didn’t want to leave, an absolute gem of a place. James our host was great, he was there to show us around on arrival and explain everything. Thank you 🙏🏼

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Had such a wonderful stay at the lodge, beautiful surroundings overlooking the lake, just stunning and the hot tub was a great edition. Lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival as well which was a nice touch.

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

Highly recommended, lovely location close to Eastbourne, Hastings & Brighton. Shirley couldn’t have done more to make our stay a home from home. Very welcoming and helpful, looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!

We had an amazing couple of nights celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. Lovely dip in the pool as we were blessed with the weather on the first day. BBQ both evenings and got the fire pit going at night. We explored the grounds and made friends with the dogs and chickens! We ventured out to a local traditional pub called the halfway house which has a great beer garden and reachable on foot in 30 mins. Toby and Kate are fantastic hosts and kindly provided eggs from the coop, sour dough bread and some delicious flapjacks! Toby was also very helpful assisting us with transport from a local train station. If they have the availability, do not hesitate to book!

Thank you so much Martin. We all really enjoyed staying at yours - it was perfect. So clean and homely despite being made amazingly guest ready. Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

The Bowery is a gem! The house itself has everything you need, cosy, spotlessly clean and we loved the very welcoming touches with the delicious homemade preserves and prosecco. We had our 15 month old with us and the toys and baby equipment really made our stay so easy with him. The garden is a haven - we were fortunate to have amazing weather and made the most of sitting out (our little boy had a dream ready made playground!) listening to the church bells and saying hello to the cats. Lots of nearby walks directly from the house and a handy waitrose and small tesco too. The Bowery is a great base to further explore the beautiful south downs. Thank you!

I stayed at The Barn with my girlfriend, the property was exactly as described. It was clean and warm, the shower was absolutely great. Kitchen was stocked well to cook basic meals, Cath had stocked it with butter, milk, oil etc. which is lovely as we didn’t have to bring / buy these. The location is in the middle of a quiet village with a coffee shop, fish and chip shop, co-op , butchers and pubs all short walks away. We stayed here while driving to the south downs and brighton for days out but we could have spent the whole weekend relaxing in the village too. Cath was very communicative and let us check in early and check out late. 10/10 no complaints, highly recommend for an excellent price!

Good location for local amenities and getting around the area, well stocked with extras at the accommodation .

The biggest grumble I have is …. Why didn’t I book longer !!!! The place was stunning and it smelt amazing which is a big thing in my book!!!! My daughter even said “ do you think they would mind if we moved in…” great people, great place, great location! We will book again ❤️
