Chris's Cottage Mansfield

Chris’s cottage is a unique, simple, riverfront accommodation located on the historic Delatite Station, a 4,000 acre working farm. It was originally built in the 1860s as the unmarried men’s quarters and rebuilt in the 1920s retaining its original features including an open fire in the kitchen and wide verandas leading to the bedrooms. The Delatite river flows just metres away, filling each room with its soothing sounds. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, where tranquility meets rustic charm.

Welcome to The Ranch. Our newly renovated home offers a warm country retreat with breathtaking views across the surrounding hills and lake. Relax in the spacious living area, thoughtfully designed with a modern country feel and multiple spaces. Enjoy the kitchen garden & freshly laid eggs or feed our beautiful charming Highlands whilst you’re at it 😊 *Please note- bedroom 3 (downstairs) has undergone some repairs. Minor cosmetic repairs still need to ocurr but won’t impact your stay.

Villa Jones

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool , promises a relaxing holiday experience. Eildon Village /splash park a stone‘s throw away, granting easy access to all the area has to offer.

Cow Grass Lodge, a riverside haven!

River frontage of 300 meters in 40 acres of rolling farmland overlooking the beautiful Jamieson River Valley and mountains beyond. Wide wraparound verandas with stunning views for all weather outdoor dining, a fire pit and BBQ. Inside, heated floors and fireplace for winter comfort, air conditioning for summer. 3 spacious bedrooms (main ensuite), King size beds, 2 bathrooms, separate loo, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The comforts of home in the country for an amazing get away!

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Oberon Lodge Full House / 9 Bedrooms / Sleeps 20

Oberon Lodge Merrijig is a fully renovated farm stay retreat, offering panoramic mountain views, native bushland, and olive grove. Ideally suited to large family, friend, or work groups. It features 3 kitchenette-living areas, 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms sleeping up to a maximum of 20 people. It has a large outdoor space with BBQ, outdoor seating and firepit. It is close to the regional town of Mansfield (15mins) & Mt Buller Ski resort(45mins).

Serene Estate with Eildon Lake

This is an idyllic estate resembling a pastoral poem, facing the serene expanse of the Eildon lake. From the porch, or even from the master bedroom’s bed, you can revel in the lake shrouded by gauzy mist, the amber clouds of sunrise and the orange-yellow glow of the sunset. The actual area of the estate spans over one square kilometre, with the shoreline extending 7km. You can stroll around all the vast areas around the house.

Mansfield High Country Retreat

Enjoy the spectacular views of lake Eildon and Mt Buller on this cosy acreage with indoor and outdoor wood fireplaces. Perfect for families with something for everyone. In the warmer months take a dip in the pool with breathtaking views or swim in lake Eildon. In cooler months enjoy the wood heaters, or skiing at Mt Buller. High country hikes, horse and motorcycling all year round. BBQ & Pizza oven on site.

Nestled into a rocky outcrop in Victoria’s High Country, The house has designed and built as an off-grid family home with integrity, beauty and the grit to withstand the extremes of its surrounding environment. Balancing openness to the exceptional views against the imperative for shelter from the elements on the exposed hilltop, Mansfield House is a home of two halves.

The Cabin at Kevington, on the Goulburn River

Set on the banks of the beautiful Goulburn River, the cabin is ideal for a romantic escape, family getaway or weekend with friends. Just 50 minutes to the gates of Mt Buller and 15 minutes to the nearest boat ramp at Lake Eildon, you can choose to do a multitude of activities in the area or just relax by the river in summer or by the cosy fire in winter.
