Lejligheden har egen indgang og består af et åbent køkken-alrum med stue, soveværelse og et badeværelse. Supermarkedet ligger kun 5 min. gang derfra, og byens centrum kan nås på 15 minutter til fods. Der er gratis busforbindelser lige ved huset, så du nemt kan komme rundt i Tórshavn.

Der er 8 min. gang til nærmeste bus, som du kan tage gratis ind til Torshavns centrum, eller gå den smukke tur langs vandet, som kun er 3 km. til centrum. Lejligheden er 70 m2 med køkken, stue, badeværelse og to små soveværelser, det ene værelse har to enkelte gode senge, som står sammen 180x200 og det andet har en god seng 140 x 200 . Værelse 1 er med gennemgang til værelse 2! Udenfor indgangen er der havemøbler.
