Huacas : locations de maisons de vacances

La casa es espectacular, espaciosa y súper moderna. La calle es de lastre y si se tarda mucho tiempo en salir a la carretera principal. Las playas cercanas son muy rocosas, así que pudimos aprovechar bastante la piscina y las amenidades de la casa.

Primero que todo mi familia y yo queremos agradecer a Don Santiago por su recibimiento y su amabilidad. También queremos decir que el lugar nos encantó, super cómodas las habitaciones, el lugar super tranquilo, la piscina limpia y su ubicación es genial. Muy contentos y muy agradecidos. Esperamos volver pronto

Disfrute con mi familia en este alojamiento, la piscina es increíble, todo el alojamiento es muy bonito y limpio. El lugar es muy privado y seguro, muy cerca de varias playas súper bonitas. Julie siempre estuvo muy atenta con cualquier duda que teníamos. La pasamos increíble, lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Amazing stay in the heart of tamarindo!

The place is perfect and exactly as described by the pictures. The rooms are big, and comfortable. The place is quiet. The pool is great for a sunny day or at night. I enjoyed the time in this place and absolutely will visit it again with my friends, we all loved it.

Fue realmente excelente. La atención al detalle, los espacios, la comodidades hacen de este lugar el sitio perfecto para vacacionar en familia. La casa es verdaderamente hermosa.

We had a fabulous day at Ben’s. We found Ben very available and easy to communicate with. The space was perfect for three of us. We enjoyed the cats daily visits and showing us where the cat food was kept by banging the door until we opened it lol . There was a water issue during our stay and Ben worked hard to resolve it and provided a temporary solution. Thank you, Ben. There are a few minor items that could use some repairs which I’m sure will be taken care of promptly. We would highly recommend staying at Ben’s place.

Playa Hermosa is quiet but has everything you might need. Sylvie's place is clean and inviting. She includes thoughtfull instructions and ameneties (such as toys and chairs for the beach) for a five star stay. Check-in was a breeze and Sylvie was very responsive. The kiddos particularly loved the pool, movie theatre nearby and the mini golf.

We loved our stay so much at Casa Bianca that we extended. Marie was so helpful. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and linens, super clean! The pool area was beautiful with lovely loungers. The outdoor kitchen was a great spot to hang out and prepare meals. Having a washer and dryer was so nice after traveling for a while. The location is perfect, short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. We loved that they provided beach chairs too. WiFi was strong to catch up on emails or research things to do. I would highly recommend staying and we are already looking at return dates. Playa Grande is a perfect location to do day trips from, we explored Tamarindo, Playa Flamingo and Brasilito. Marie provided great directions and a nice welcome package for nearby things to do. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Where do I even begin? Casa Redonda was everything we expected and more. Located in the best location, we truly were in the heart of all things Tamarindo. The house itself was exactly as described in the listing and we loved how we were so accessible to everything we needed. Tracy even went above and beyond having the house ready for a 17 month old with toys that excited him the moment we walked in. We vacationed with another family, so this layout was perfect for us (4 adults and 4 children) The communication was fast and the entire team was so very friendly. The Iguana surf team did a great job reserving all of the things we needed and wanted to make this trip amazing. The birds chirping in the morning was our favorite way of starting the day and the icing on the cake was walking across the street to the beach and seeing all of the monkeys above us. We highly recommend Casa Redonda to anyone and we will absolutely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Xanadu! The views were unbelievable and the amenities were exactly as described. The photos were very accurate and the A/C was amazing. If you’re going, I would definitely recommend bringing gallons of water and renting 4x4s as the hill is quite steep. With the 4x4 golf carts, the location was incredibly manageable with great access to town and the beach. Adrianna was incredibly helpful leading up to our stay and during the stay organizing last minute transportation for our group to golf and get to the airport very quickly. She was incredibly organized and knowledgeable. I cannot stress enough how AMAZING the views were. We were in HEAVEN.

Great stay, especially for a bachelorette! We were able to walk to downtown and the beach within 10-15 mins! Beautiful modern home, plenty of towels, and a laundry unit! Andrea was super sweet and flexible when answering our questions!

This place was truly amazing. The house has a beautiful ocean view and was very comfortable. All the AC units worked well, which was welcomed on the hot nights. We also enjoyed the pool to cool off on hot days and the hammocks to relax after a long day! The house was very clean and secure, and the WiFi was very fast which was welcomed for movie nights. I appreciated the extra neighborhood security, they were very nice and we felt safe. Crystal was very responsive and detailed in instructions for arrival and departure. The one thing I might recommend, is adding a few beach chairs to take down to playa Negra! Thanks again Crystal, we will certainly be back!

My family of 5 had an amazing stay at Kai’s place in Playa Grande. This place has walkable beach access and is close to restaurants. The space had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument magnifique ! L'emplacement est idéal : seulement à 10 minutes de marche de la plage, des épiceries, des restaurants et des boutiques. La piscine est un véritable atout, impeccablement entretenue chaque jour par Gretel, le jardinier. Nous avons eu besoin de son aide à deux reprises et il a répondu avec une grande réactivité et efficacité. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit, sans aucune hésitation.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Arbel’s house in Tamarindo! The property was stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the amenities we needed for a perfect vacation. The pool was a highlight, and the location was ideal, just a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Arbel was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Communication was prompt and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed. We’d highly recommend Arbel’s place to anyone visiting Tamarindo and can’t wait to return

Great place! The location is really great, close to many things to do but also quite and tucked away with great views and plenty of privacy. The hosts are available and good with communication, especially the directions on how to get there. The house is very nice, clean and has everything you need. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others. The pool and view is fantastic, large open kitchen is also great for families and cooking meals together. Plenty of fans and a/c units to stay cool. This place is not to be missed!

A Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach It was a beautiful house close to the beach, and it was the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. Surrounded by nature, the property offered a private and peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation. Despite the secluded feel, it was just a short distance from town, making it easy to access restaurants and any essentials. For us was perfect because we were looking for a quiet escape or a balance between nature and accessibility, this place offers the best of both worlds! Looking forward to visit again.

The first thing I thought when walking in was that everything looks exactly like the pictures. The place was spotless and the neighborhood is perfectly private and quiet. Security was attentive and friendly. You will definitely need a car to get around because the property is about 5-10 minutes from Tamarindo beach. It's a great location for a quiet relaxing getaway with a short drive to shopping, dining, and night life. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back next time we visit Costa Rica. We even saw a few howler monkeys in the nearby trees! Also, the water pressure and temperature were fantastic. No complaints at all.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo! The home was unique, gorgeous, super clean and well stocked. The pool was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed by our children. As others mentioned, we would recommend 4 wheel drive, though we really liked being away from the noise and bustle of Tamarindo. The management company was terrific.

Sebastian house was simply amazing!! we absolutely loved it. The yard was magical with all the plant and the house is beautiful! we slept really well and we're confortable for our 5 days there. we had some iguana friends in the backyard that our girls really enjoyed and my mom even spotted a spider monkey! The kitchen was well equip to cook. we were sad to leave! Sebastian was quick to answer. overall we loved our stay and would come back anytime!! also the house is about a 12 minutes walk to the beach which was easy enough with our kids. the beach is huge there and really beautiful.

La casa es hermosa!! Muy cómoda y super bien equipada. Muy privado, no hay vecinos cerca. La casa tiene acabados de lujo, éramos 8 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. La piscina y el ranchito con parrilla un 100, se ven atardeceres hermosos. Al ser tan privado, no hay nada cerca. Solamente dos mini super como a 8 minutos. Pero definitivamente volvería!
